Li Lihua lost her husband at an early age and is a traditional person. She single-handedly raised her son and daughter to adulthood, enabling them to achieve success in their careers. In her previous life, she gave everything and took meticulous care of her son, daughter-in-law, and daughter, yet still failed to win the favor of her daughter-in-law. After the daughter-in-law became pregnant, she made all sorts of difficulties for Li Lihua, which led to the old lady being hit and killed by a car on her way to buy groceries. Li Lihua suddenly returned to five years ago, on the day her daughter-in-law entered the family, when the daughter-in-law falsely accused the old lady of stealing. The son and daughter-in-law demanded that the old lady apologize. The old lady severely disciplined the daughter-in-law and left home. She found her old friends and set up a street stall together, working hard to make money. During this period, the mother-in-law of the daughter-in-law came to the stall to pick a fight several times, but was counterattacked and disciplined by the old lady and her friends. The daughter repented in time and found that her mother's situation in her elder brother and sister-in-law's home was not good. So she angrily left her elder brother and sister-in-law and went to her mother. The mother forgave the daughter and took her in. Looking at the son and daughter-in-law's family, it was in a complete mess and they were not doing well. In the end, they were in a miserable state. The son asked for his mother's forgiveness, but the mother, disheartened, did not choose to forgive. Later, with the matchmaking of her old best friend and daughter, Li Lihua found her second spring and lived her own life.
